Hi! I’m the owner of Regal Tutors. I earned both my teaching credential and master’s degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude. I spent three years as a traditional classroom teacher, and I’ve been tutoring for 20+ years. During this time, I’ve worked with students of all ages, from preschool through college, including special education. Because of this, I know which education milestones are important to hit and how to prepare students for the next level of their academic journey. During the summer, I teach swim lessons through Regal Swim.

Hello! I have BA in Mathematics and Economics, an MA in Economics, and PhD in Political Science. I have over 20 years of teaching and tutoring experience in the U.S. and Japan at the middle school, high school, and university levels. During this time, I have taught a variety of subjects, including math, history, government, economics, and statistics. I currently teach math and history at a private high school. My wife and I are teaching our two young children math, English, and Japanese. I find tutoring especially rewarding because I can give my full attention to students in a one-on-one situation.

Hello, I am credentialed math teacher and have been teaching for 20+ years. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Teaching Credential from Cal State, Long Beach. My experience is with teaching and tutoring high school and middle school students. I have taught PreAlgebra, Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, and Precalculus. I am very patient with my students and can explain difficult math topics in many ways.
