To reduce last minute cancellations and ensure that everyone has an opportunity to schedule lessons, we have created a cancellation policy that we strictly enforce.
24-Hour Notice
We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or decrease the amount of time scheduled. If families cancel or decrease tutoring sessions with less than 24 hours notice, we will charge families the full price of the originally scheduled session.
Substitutions
Families do not need to give advance notice to switch students. This includes extending the tutoring sessions of other children to make up for the absent student’s lost time.
Advance notice isn’t needed to change a semi-private tutoring session to a private session.
Chronic Cancellations
If tutoring sessions are “chronically” cancelled (more than 1 in 4 times), families need to start giving at least 72 hours notice to avoid being charged for the entire booked time at the full price.
Refunds
We will deposit refunds back into your credit card or PayPal account within 14 days of when you ask for a refund.
